Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Optometrist for an established outpatient community health organization in Madera, California.
Position Overview
Join a mission-driven outpatient eye care practice serving patients of all ages. Perform comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses. Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team. Average 18-20 patients per day for a balanced clinical workload. Practice with clinical autonomy while making a meaningful community impact.
Compensation
Base Salary: $140,000-$165,000. Productivity Bonus Opportunity. Sign-On Bonus Available. Relocation Assistance Available.
Schedule
Monday-Friday. Optional 4-Day / 10-Hour Schedule Available. No Call Responsibilities.
Role
Perform comprehensive eye examinations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic ocular conditions. Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans. Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate. Educate patients on eye health and preventive care.
