Licensed Program Director

Program Supervisor – New Journeys We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate New Journeys Program Supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to six employees. In this key role, you’ll provide hands‑on leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges. This is an opportunity to lead a meaningful program that changes lives, while also developing your skills in program management, staff leadership, and community collaboration. Our staff work directly with clients and their families to assess needs, connect with community resources, educate about psychosis, and teach essential skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem‑solving. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of up to six employees. Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to staff. Develop and implement program policies and procedures. Coordinate field and office visits for clients. Collaborate with community partners to connect clients with resources. Ensure compliance with licensure and background‑check requirements. Qualifications Licensed or in the process of being licensed in Washington State (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor). Proof of satisfactory fingerprinting and background checks. Experience working with adolescents and adults with psychosis. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
