Air Export Coordinator

Ultimate Staffing is currently assisting our client in the College Park! We're hiring an experienced Air Import Coordinator to manage end-to-end international shipments (A-Z) with a focus on import operations .

• Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 remote
• Direct Hire Opportunity
• Fully Onsite in College Park, GA
• Pay ranges $50K-$60K BOE with full benefits package

What You'll Do:

• Manage air export shipments from A-Z
• Coordinate global routing & prepare compliant documentation (TSA, IATA, BIS)
• Quote, negotiate rates & maximize profitability
• Track shipments and proactively resolve issues
• Partner with customers, carriers, and internal teams

What You Bring:

• 3-5+ years freight forwarding experience
• Strong import knowledge via air and ocean
• Experience handling shipments A-Z
• Cargowise experience preferred
