Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | 16-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a float pool capacity, rotating across Med Surg/Telemetry units and ER Tele Holding (Med Surg/Tele patients only)
• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, responding appropriately to changes in condition
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care in alignment with unit protocols and standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience
• Ability and willingness to float to any Med Surg/Telemetry or ER Tele Holding unit as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a float pool setting
• Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple unit environments
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
