Position Overview We seek a Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member who is organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. This role supports the agency’s customer service and operational needs while providing opportunities for learning within the insurance industry. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
