About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead its financial strategy and operations, with a focus on driving organizational growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all financial activities. This role involves developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team, preparing and presenting strategic financial insights to stakeholders, and driving mergers and acquisitions strategies. The VP of Finance will also be tasked with ensuring robust cash flow management and integrating financial processes with industry standards. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 11 years' progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis, as well as strong ERP system knowledge, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning and execution within the fintech or financial services industries, exceptional leadership and team management skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with mergers and acquisitions processes and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments are also essential.
