This role will support a diverse population from ages 3 to 22 with varying degrees of need, ranging from mild to severe disabilities. One position offers a full-time schedule over the full school year, while the other covers a maternity leave projected from August through March. Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Demonstrated experience in California school settings
• Confidently administer and interpret the BOT-3 and Peabody assessments for students aged 3-22 with multiple disabilities
• Strong data-driven approach to supporting recommendations and addressing parent concerns
• Ability to work independently, managing fluctuating caseloads and autonomously arranging your schedule
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, though not required
• Prior work across K-12 settings and on both full-year and coverage assignments preferred

• Conduct evaluations, therapy sessions, and consultations per district needs
• Support students with diverse and complex needs, addressing areas of fine motor, sensory integration, and functional life skills
• Collaborate with educators, families, and paraprofessionals to drive positive student outcomes
• Complete all required documentation and maintain clear, timely records
• Respond flexibly to evolving caseloads and assessment requirements
