A successful candidate will be someone who can think “outside of the box” and work under pressure to exceed client expectations and develop client solutions. You will work with the Customer Success team to liaise among cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaigns and client deliverables. This role will require a qualified individual to work onsite 3 days per week out of our New York City office. Role Responsibilities: Supporting Customer Success Specialists & Managers with existing client relationships to help execute client deliverables Create the best SaaS and Managed Service customer experience across onboarding, support and account management Manage projects & campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective turnaround of deliverables Assist the Sales Team with proposals and new business initiatives Support Customer Success Specialists & Managers to ensure retention and growth of Constellation current clientele Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively with flawless client‑centric focus Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Willing and able to travel for in-person meetings with clients as needed Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem‑solving and emotional maturity. Strong attention to detail and time management are essential Able to construct and execute client contracts and proposals Great attitude and team spirit (willing to work hard in a startup environment) Strong interpersonal skills Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (in Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred) 0-2 years experience in a digital marketing, client‑facing role Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Search Engine Marketing, Social Recommendations/Optimizations and SaaS technologies Other Job Information: This job description is not all inclusive.
