About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our new location opening in Glens Falls, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our clients lives in a supportive, clinician-first environment. Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy services to individuals, families, and couples using evidence-based treatment modalities

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community services to support clients' overall well-being

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate

Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing clinical supervision

Build a safe, trusting therapeutic environment that supports mental health and development

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Active or eligible New York State licensure (LMHC or LMFT)

Active or eligible for Diagnostic Privilege

Experience working with individuals, families, and couples in a clinical setting

Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or play therapy

Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams

Ability to manage a caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation

Compassionate, culturally competent, and trauma-informed approach to care
