Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring a well-guided development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Establish and collaboratively refine therapeutic goals, regularly tracking progress in alignment with clients’ evolving needs and feedback.

• Provide teletherapy sessions, catering to clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer a virtual format for their care.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

• Engage actively in continuous professional development, enhancing clinical skills and staying informed about advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Alp Counseling Center, your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults. You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your empathetic approach and warm engagement skills will create a safe environment for clients to express their concerns and work towards healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current, active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is essential for application.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth therapy platforms, demonstrating adaptability in a virtual counseling setting.

• Adeptness with technology, specifically Google Suite, Electronic Health Records (EHRs), and various teletherapy tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to facilitate effective therapy sessions and maintain client records.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
