Paralegal - Family Law

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. A boutique law firm in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience with a general litigation practice, preferably including family law and/or probate and guardianship matters. The firm is seeking a self-starter and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage cases independently. Responsibilities Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence Managing case files and maintaining deadlines/calendaring Assisting with discovery, trial preparation, and hearing preparation Coordinating filings in state court Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel The firm offers: 401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan after 1 year of employment Onsite parking provided PTO: 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year and 1 week paid sick leave Firm covers payment(s) of continuing legal education requirements and/or certification dues for the Paralegal Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
