Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake interviews with new clients to assess mental health needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their background and present concerns.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans for individuals, families, and groups, facilitating therapeutic sessions that promote healing and personal growth.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate progress notes, as well as transfer summaries, that document therapy sessions and inform ongoing care strategies.

• Provide specialized support to the Behavioral Health Department, including program coordination, management, and the development of innovative therapeutic programs that meet community needs.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to expand preventive mental health services and support systems.

• Engage in regular supervision and continuing education to remain up-to-date with LMFT requirements and ethical guidelines, adapting practices as needed to meet state regulations and client needs.

Qualifications\n
