Qure Skincare | Remote (US or UK based) | Full-time | Reports to the Head of Growth

The Role\n

You’ll own TikTok Shop US end to end: revenue, profitability, campaigns, promotions and the creator community. You’ll report to our Head of Growth, lead one external TikTok Shop agency and one virtual assistant, and be supported by our Affiliates Specialist. You’ll also work closely with Finance, Operations and Creative. This is a hands-on operator role, with high ownership where you’ll spend your week in Seller Center, our campaign tracker and our creator community.

What You’ll Do\n

Performance and profitability: Own TikTok Shop US revenue and contribution margin. Set target ROI by SKU and campaign, track it weekly, and pause or scale creatives and campaigns (including GMV Max) based on results.

Margin protection: Investigate refunds, commission payouts and discount stacking, and reconcile GMV between Seller Center and our internal data.

\n

Campaigns and promotions: Plan and run platform campaigns and sales events. Test offers such as BOGO, bundles, gift with purchase and coupons while protecting gross margin. Manage listings, pricing and CRM campaigns, and build ad spend and stock forecasts.

\n

Creator community: Grow and engage our creator community through challenges, VIP groups and weekly creator calls. Recruit and manage retainer creators and creator coaches, set incentives and commissions, and track each retainer on cost, GMV and profitability.

\n

Content insight: Research competitors and viral content weekly, and turn findings into ideas for our creators.

\n

Cross-team: Work with Operations on stock, Finance on COGS and shipping, and Creative and Paid Social on scripts and top-performing content. Keep the daily tracker and weekly Growth report current, and document processes as SOPs.

Partners and team: Set priorities and hold our agency and VA accountable. Partner with the Affiliates Specialist on creator scouting.

How We’ll Measure Success\n

• TikTok Shop revenue: Monthly revenue, growing quarter on quarter

• Contribution margin: At breakeven or better, every month
\n
• Creator community: Active, posting and selling creators, and how engaged they are

What You Bring\n

\n
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience, with demonstrable results in the US market
\n
• A background in beauty, health or wellness DTC e-commerce (strongly preferred)
\n
• Comfort with the numbers: P&L, ROI, GMV, contribution margin, and how discounts affect them
\n
• Experience running creator or affiliate programs, including recruiting, sampling, incentives and commissions
\n
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, and experience working with agencies or freelancers
\n
• Excellent English, an ownership mindset, and availability for regular calls spanning European and US time zones
\n
• Nice to have: online community or creator coaching experience, and international Shop launches such as the UK
