As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Creator Manager to oversee creator-led campaigns, develop content strategies, and ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery.

\n

We're looking for someone who understands what makes short-form content perform, can confidently guide creators on content angles and formats, and has the organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

\n

What you'll work on

\n

You'll manage creators across multiple campaigns, from briefing and content development through to delivery, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimisation.

\n

You'll work closely with our Creative, Strategy, Growth, Operations, and Client Services teams to ensure creators have the direction, support, and accountability needed to produce content that performs.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with creators across multiple campaigns.
\n
• Develop creative briefs, content angles, and video formats aligned with campaign objectives.
\n
• Guide creators on content direction, sharing relevant examples, references, and actionable feedback.
\n
• Coordinate creator deliverables, timelines, revisions, and approvals to ensure content is delivered on schedule.
\n
• Review creator content against campaign briefs, quality standards, and creative references.
\n
• Analyse content performance, identify trends and successful formats, and continuously refine creative strategies.
\n
• Research high-performing and viral content to understand the hooks, structures, and creative elements driving performance.
\n
• Oversee creator account setup and readiness, including profile optimisation and account warm-up.
\n
• Monitor creator responsiveness and performance, proactively addressing delays, quality concerns, or delivery risks.
\n
• Build strong creator relationships, support retention, and identify opportunities to work with high-performing creators long-term.
\n
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers, creator records, and performance reports.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creator execution aligns with broader campaign and client objectives.
\n
• Contribute to improving creator management workflows, communication, and campaign delivery processes.
\n

What we're looking for

\n

Must have

\n

\n
• Previous experience in creator management, influencer marketing, UGC campaign management, social media management, or a closely related role.
\n
• Strong understanding of short-form video content, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
\n
• Ability to develop creative briefs, content angles, hooks, and video concepts that align with campaign objectives.
\n
• Experience reviewing content and providing clear, constructive, actionable feedback to creators.
\n
• Strong understanding of social media performance metrics and how to use insights to improve content strategy.
\n
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creators, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
\n
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
\n
• Ability to build positive creator relationships while maintaining accountability for deadlines and quality standards.
\n
• Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Previous experience working with a UGC, influencer marketing, or performance marketing agency.
\n
• Hands-on experience creating UGC or short-form video content.
\n
• Experience managing creator campaigns across multiple brands or client accounts.
\n
• Familiarity with creator account setup, optimisation, and warm-up processes.
\n
• Experience with campaign management tools, content trackers, and performance reporting.
\n
• Understanding of paid social advertising and performance-driven creative strategies.
