Creator Partnerships & Sales Manager

Job Description

Charmed Collective is looking for a hungry, personable, highly organized Creator Partnerships & Sales Manager to help lead our creator acquisition efforts and build out our sales pipeline.

This is a sales-driven role for someone who understands internet culture, knows how to communicate with creators, and is genuinely excited by the process of finding, pitching, and closing new talent.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n

Build + Manage the Pipeline

\n

\n
• Source and identify high-potential creators who could be a strong fit for Charmed
\n
• Build and maintain an organized creator sales pipeline
\n
• Vet inbound and outbound leads based on audience, engagement, earning potential, content, and overall fit
\n
• Track outreach, conversations, follow-ups, calls, conversion rates, and signed talent
\n

Outreach + Relationship Building

\n

\n
• Send personalized cold emails and DMs to prospective creators
\n
• Consistently follow up with warm leads
\n
• Develop relationships with creators, managers, and other industry contacts
\n
• Find creative new ways to generate qualified leads beyond traditional cold outreach
\n

Sales + Closing

\n

\n
• Lead introductory and sales calls with prospective creators
\n
• Clearly communicate Charmed’s value proposition, services, and opportunities
\n
• Handle questions and objections throughout the sales process
\n
• Follow leads from first contact through contract
\n
• Close deals and sign new talent
\n

\n

Reporting + Strategy

\n

\n
• Create weekly reporting around outreach, pipeline health, conversion, and new signings
\n
• Identify what outreach strategies are converting and continuously improve the process
\n
• Work directly with Charmed’s founders to develop creator acquisition strategy
\n
• Eventually help recruit, train, and manage interns or junior team members to support lead generation and outreach
\n

Who You Are

\n
• Sales-minded and motivated by closing
\n
• Extremely comfortable talking to new people and leading calls
\n
• Persistent without being pushy
\n
• Organized enough to manage a large pipeline without letting leads fall through the cracks
\n
• Fluent in social media and internet culture
\n
• Familiar with the creator/influencer industry and how creators make money online
\n
• A strong written communicator who can make cold outreach actually feel personal
\n
• Entrepreneurial and excited by the idea of building a sales function from the ground up
\n
• Comfortable working independently and being measured against clear acquisition goals
\n

\n

\n

Creator management, influencer marketing, talent management, sales, recruiting, or business development experience is a major plus.

\n

\n

Compensation

\n

\n

This role will have a base hourly/retainer component + uncapped performance-based commission for signed talent, creating meaningful upside for someone who is great at closing.
