Creator Partnerships Manager

Job Description

Company: Finibruh Partner manages brand sponsorships for Finibruh (@finibruh), a Gen-Z comedy creator with 1 Mn+ followers (TikTok + Instagram + YouTube), a US-first audience, and a standout share rate — content that spreads friend-to-friend, not just gets watched. We're a small, remote, data-driven team.

Role: Creator Partnerships Manager — Freelance, commission-based (not salaried). You'll represent our creator to brands : source sponsor prospects, pitch, negotiate, and close paid deals , then manage the deal through delivery. You earn a commission on every deal you close — you win when we win.

Day to day: prospect and pitch brand sponsors · negotiate rates and terms · close deals · manage the sponsor relationship through the campaign · track what's working and do more of it.

You're a fit if you:

Have repped creators to brands (talent/partnerships manager) — not brand-side, not a recruiter
Have closed real paid sponsorships (five-figure a plus)
Know the Gen-Z DTC space — energy drinks, grooming, snacks, apparel, fintech
Are US-based and available for freelance/contract work
Communicate clearly and negotiate confidently
