Sales Support Advisor - Saks 5th Avenue

Summary Reporting to the Store Manager/Director, the Sales Support Advisor enhances the end-to-end client experience across front- and back-of-house. The role partners with sales, operations, and visual merchandising to support service excellence, operational precision, and brand standards. The SSA delivers personalized client engagement while maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism. Responsibilities Welcome and engage clients to support relationship development and store objectives. Ensure accurate client data capture at every transaction and assist sales advisors on the floor. Retrieve and deliver product from BOH to FOH, manage product care ticketing, and support order follow-through. Support execution of visual merchandising standards, inventory preparation, BOH organization, replenishment, and go-backs. Collaborate cross-functionally with store teams and wholesale partners and execute additional duties as directed by management. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of retail experience; luxury or hospitality/service-oriented experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Highly organized, dependable, adaptable, and professional in appearance and conduct. Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office and retail systems; fluency in English required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
