Project Estimator

My client is searching for a seasoned Estimator with Project Manager experience and a strong understanding of the Drywall industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget requirements. Skills and Qualifications Healthcare construction experience preferred ACT Acoustics and Drywall industry experience Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project schedules, and structural specification sheets Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and field coordination Experience with drywall estimating, takeoffs, and project execution Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role Ability to lead projects from pre-construction through completion This opportunity is an excellent chance to join a growing construction company within the Los Angeles market.
