Supervisor of Concierge Services Location: Crane's Mill, West Caldwell. Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am–5:00 pm. Pay: $20–$22 per hour (competitive), including flexible pay options. Basic Qualifications Educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED (BS/BA degree preferred). Experience: 2–3 years of varied experience preferred; familiarity with CCRC resident relations and telephone systems. Skills: Customer service oriented, telephone etiquette, proficiency with MS Office Suite and internet/intranet. Responsibilities Participate as a team member by maintaining a positive, cooperative, and collaborative attitude with co-workers and supervisors. Implement and oversee all policies and procedures at the Concierge desk. Fulfill other duties as assigned for the efficient operation of the facility and organization.
