Build thermal exchangers that stand up to real-world demands
Picture a newly assembled heat exchanger on the test stand—tight welds, flawless fit-up, zero rework. That’s the standard you’ll help deliver by applying expert welding to AWS requirements.
How you’ll contribute- Plan: Review blueprints and welding symbols to map out sequences and fit-ups.
- Fit: Align and fixture parts to meet dimensional tolerances before the first arc.
- Weld: Execute MIG, TIG, or Stick processes on exchanger components per AWS standards.
- Verify: Inspect and measure welds for quality, accuracy, and conformance to spec.
- Sustain: Follow AWS welding procedures, uphold safety protocols, and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Proven AWS welding experience; certification preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detailed weld drawings.
- Experience in a manufacturing/fabrication setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, safety-focused work habits and strong personal accountability.
