Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique psychological and emotional needs of your patients.

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational sessions and transitional groups to empower clients with coping strategies and knowledge essential for their recovery journey.

• Implement suicide prevention measures and manage crises by employing effective intervention strategies, ensuring safety and support for clients in high-risk situations.

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment meetings, contributing insights to foster innovative solutions and comprehensive care approaches.

• Maintain detailed documentation that adheres to clinical standards and state requirements, ensuring compliance and quality assurance in all patient interactions.

• Provide individualized support and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and promoting mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid LPCC license issued by the State of California is essential.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration and client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
