Immigrant Justice Criminal Defense Attorney

The Legal Aid Society’s Immigrant Justice Team seeks an attorney to join the Criminal Defense Practice in the Queens CDP office. The role involves advising clients on immigration consequences of criminal arrests and, where possible, mitigating those consequences while handling a limited number of direct immigration cases.
