Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year (Based on experience) + Performance Bonus
We are a well-established and growing immigration law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to individuals and families throughout the United States. Our practice focuses on family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, waivers, and humanitarian immigration matters. We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney who is passionate about advocating for immigrants and committed to delivering outstanding legal services.
Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of immigration matters from initial consultation through final resolution.
Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR (Immigration Court), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and other government agencies as needed.
Prepare and review family-based immigration petitions and applications, including I-130, I-485, N-400, I-751, I-765, and I-131.
Prepare and oversee complex waiver applications, including I-601, I-601A, and I-212.
Handle affirmative and defensive asylum cases and other humanitarian immigration matters.
Draft motions, legal briefs, responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and appellate filings.
Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants.
Stay informed of changes in immigration laws, regulations, and agency policies.

Minimum 3–5 years of immigration law experience required.
Family-Based Immigration
Experience appearing before Immigration Court (EOIR) and USCIS.
Excellent legal writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong commitment to client advocacy and compassionate legal representation.
