Work Environment\n

This is a remote role, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a robust outpatient office setting for in-person interventions when needed. Our flexible Monday to Friday work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM encourages a balanced work-life, although some flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs. You will be part of a close-knit team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to inform treatment recommendations.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans incorporating recognized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and more.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, participating in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health disorders and treatment options, ensuring they are empowered to make informed decisions about their care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health to continually refine your practice and incorporate new strategies into client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services primarily focus on diverse populations experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, and more. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring a culturally competent approach to treatment, tailoring your therapies to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of a current and valid license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proven ability to utilize clinical knowledge and solution-focused strategies to personalize therapeutic approaches for individual clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective patient engagement and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills to address complex client situations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient settings, knowledge of trauma-informed care practices, and experience using electronic health record systems are highly regarded. Familiarity with integrating technology into treatment plans can enhance client outcomes and streamline workflows.

Compensation and Benefits\n
