Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of children and adolescents, employing diagnostic tools and individualized inquiry.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans informed by assessments and grounded in evidence-based methodologies, always considering each patient's developmental stage and familial context.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to address diverse mental health issues, employing techniques proven effective for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to empower parents and caregivers, helping them cultivate a nurturing environment that supports the mental well-being of their children.

• Work collaboratively with child psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that care is coordinated seamlessly and that all aspects of a patient’s mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, acting swiftly to mitigate immediate mental health risks faced by children and adolescents.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to enable informed participation in care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that records are up-to-date and accessible for clinical review.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders along with familiarity with therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach towards engaging children and their families.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications necessary for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a clinical setting focused on children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
