Our typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients’ mental health status, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to guide the therapy process.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other established modalities to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and agency standards to promote confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing the quality of care and therapeutic interventions offered to clients.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, equipping them with vital information about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including those experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to adapt treatment methods to meet the individualized needs of clients.
