School Speech Language Pathologist - Crown Point, Indiana

Empower young learners as a dedicated professional supporting elementary and middle school students throughout the academic year. This contract position provides the opportunity to work onsite, from August 12, 2026, through May 26, 2027, in a school-based setting. Enjoy a consistent 37.5-hour workweek as you collaborate with educators and families to deliver essential speech-language services. Youll be joining a supportive educational environment where your expertise directly benefits students communication skills and overall development. Available roles involve serving as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC required) in either an elementary/middle school combination or across two middle school sites, with caseloads typically ranging from 45 to 55 students. Youll work within one building, focusing on either elementary and middle or exclusively middle populations. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state SLP license for school settings Previous experience working in schools with elementary and/or middle-grade populations preferred Strong organizational and collaboration skills Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs Maintain detailed records and document student progress Deliver direct therapy services, schedule sessions, and monitor caseload needs Participate in team meetings and provide expertise in speech-language pathology Working as an onsite SLP in an educational environment offers a rewarding way to shape student outcomes while building valuable relationships with school staff and families. #J-18808-Ljbffr ProCare Therapy
