PatientEngines is a growth agency for cash pay medical practices: medspas, weight loss and GLP1 clinics, telehealth, functional medicine and dental. We run paid ads, CRM builds, content systems and appointment setting for practices across the country. We’re growing fast, and our founder is still the person holding every thread together. This role changes that.

Behind the scenes, I’m still the final set of eyes on nearly everything we deliver. I review campaigns before they launch, check the strategy behind every ad, social plan, etc... and make sure what we promised a client is exactly what they receive.

Quality control in this business isn’t glamorous, and it’s where most agencies quietly fall apart. I take it personally, because every practice we work with is trusting us with their reputation and their patients.

We're at the point where I can't do it all anymore.

We are 2 years old and at 65k a month ( I've already built and sold a multimillion dollar agency so I've done this already). We will become a seven figure agency by next year, and you can share in the growth.

What you’ll own

You won’t run the ads yourself. You’ll make sure every campaign we deliver is right.

• Vendor oversight: manage our paid media partners, review campaigns before and after launch, audit strategy, hold vendors to a clear standard, and recommend when one needs to be replaced
• Delivery quality: make sure every client receives what they were sold, on time, with results we can stand behind; partner with account management so clients hear from us before they have to ask
• Content operations: run the system that turns client video and content into ads and social posts, and keep the calendar moving
• Back office: contractor and vendor payments, budgets, hiring and onboarding
• Reporting: one clear weekly view of how every account is performing

Who you are

• You’ve run and managed Meta and Google campaigns, enough to look at an account and know when something is off, work with vendors, and don't be afraid to stick your nose in their business.
• You’ve worked in an agency and know where client delivery breaks
• You’re the most organized person in every room. SOPs, checklists and calendars are how you think
• You can lead people you don’t directly manage, including outside vendors, with confidence
• Healthcare, wellness experience is a strong plus. GoHighLevel experience is a plus

What success looks like in 90 days

• Every live campaign has been reviewed and has a written plan
• Every vendor reports to you on a set cadence
• Content and ads run on one calendar
• Our founder spends his time on sales and strategy, not fulfillment
