Quick Facts: Location: Minneapolis, MN Start Date: 07/13/2026 Shift: 24-hour in-house call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM); flexible 12-hour shifts available Hours per week: Full-time (based on shift schedule) Employment Type: Ongoing contract Licensure: MN license highly preferred; IMLC required if no MN license Experience: Board-certified Ob/Gyn; trauma I or II experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $248.24 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide high-risk obstetrics care with support from maternal fetal medicine specialists Assist with deliveries, including high-risk pregnancies and OB procedures like cesarean sections Cover urgent OB needs and emergencies on the unit Support other OB providers during procedures and emergencies Manage obstetric patients both in clinic and hospital settings Collaborate with a team of OB/GYNs and maternal-fetal medicine specialists Document patient care using Epic (Excellian at Allina) and Obix systems What You Need: Board-certified Ob/Gyn (MD or DO) Minnesota medical license or IMLC credentialing Trauma I or II experience highly preferred BLS certification 90-120 days for credentialing, with emergency temp options for clean files About the Assignment: This OB Hospitalist role at a respected facility in Minneapolis involves managing high-risk obstetric patients and working closely with maternal-fetal medicine specialists.
