Registered Nurse (RN)This is an opportunity for a Registered Nurse with labor and post-partum experience to join a dynamic healthcare team. The position requires the ability to provide exceptional patient care in an acute care environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care to patients in labor and post-partum units.Monitor patient conditions and provide timely updates to the healthcare team.Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Adhere to safety and medical best practices, maintaining thorough patient records using Epic charting.Be flexible in floating between like units as required by operational needs.Shift DetailsSchedule: 4x12 shifts may be arranged upon request.Patient-to-nurse ratio: 1:3.Orientation: 36 hours of orientation provided.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience in relevant specialties.Required Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP.Preferred Certification: AWHONN Advanced.Local candidates are not accepted for this position.Pending licenses are not accepted.All requests for time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission.Additional InformationGuaranteed hours may be subject to facility's call-off policy once per two-week pay period.Scrub colors: Royal blue or navy blue for RNs; specific colors may vary by department.Client Details State CA
