Job Title: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk
Are you detail-oriented and great with numbers? We're looking for a reliable AR/AP Clerk to join our growing finance team! Responsibilities:- Process vendor invoices and timely payments (AP)
- Issue customer billing, track receivables, and manage collections (AR)
- Reconcile bank and account statements accurately
- 3+ years of AR/AP experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Accounts Payable
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Verify coding and obtain appropriate approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files and W-9 documentation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally.
• Assist with month-end AP closing procedures.
• Monitor outstanding payables and payment terms to maximize cash flow. Accounts Receivable
• Post customer payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards).
• Apply payments accurately to customer accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment status.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with customers and internal departments.
• Prepare daily cash receipts and deposits.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Assist in credit applications and customer account setup. The essential functions of this role include:
