Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans that target specific challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster growth and resilience among clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through regular staff meetings, clinical supervision, and group discussions, to share insights and enhance treatment strategies.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals through collaborative efforts with clients, continuously monitoring and adjusting these goals based on progress and feedback.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously to maintain compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to enhance clinical skills and remain updated on the latest therapeutic modalities.

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, children, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Possession of a valid LMFT license issued by the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
