Work Environment

As a full-time team member, you will work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing for a structured schedule that supports both professional responsibilities and personal life. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand patient needs, limitations, and objectives.
• Managing a balanced caseload with a recommended capacity of one patient per hour to ensure individualized attention.
• Employing advanced manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions to improve patient mobility.
• Formulating and executing comprehensive treatment plans that integrate diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Developing customized fitness and wellness programs aimed at enhancing physical capability and functional independence.
• Encouraging patients to take an active role in their therapy, motivating them to maximize their recovery potential.
• Documenting treatment progress and outcomes thoroughly using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems like WebPT.
• Collaborating with other healthcare team members to discuss and optimize patient care strategies.
• Evaluating patient outcomes regularly and adjusting treatment plans based on progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population in an outpatient orthopedic setting, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Each patient presents unique challenges that require thoughtful interventions and tailored approaches to rehabilitation, making your role vital in helping them regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their daily activities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions on their license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, to document patient interactions and progress.

Preferred Experience

While a background in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic interventions and a strong commitment to patient-centered care will distinguish candidates in the application process.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
