Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our Pomona facility, where you will work alongside a collaborative team of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). We operate Monday through Friday, with patient hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our clinic primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, enabling us to focus on delivering high-quality, personalized patient care. The atmosphere is dynamic and supportive, encouraging communication and collaboration for optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients to understand their individual needs, developing a clear understanding of their goals and limitations.
• Manage a patient load of two patients per hour, ensuring thorough and focused treatment during each session.
• Implement cost-effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and functional independence.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that comprise various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Encourage patients to adopt non-surgical alternatives and explore effective exercise programs that minimize reliance on medication.
• Provide mentorship by designing customized fitness and wellness programs, fostering a proactive approach to recovery.
• Deliver high-quality care based on established best practices, tracking outcomes to ensure patient satisfaction and recovery progress.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, cultivating a positive recovery experience.
• Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all services rendered, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the implementation of exercise programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

We require a minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings. Familiarity with diverse patient populations and the ability to cultivate relationships while adapting treatment modalities to suit individual needs will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits
