Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care services, including the assessment of muscular, skeletal, neurological, and other related conditions that require physical therapy intervention.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on rigorous evaluation and ongoing progress assessments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment approaches tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records, adhering to professional documentation standards to ensure the continuity of care.
• Participate actively in quality assurance measures to uphold the integrity of therapy services and enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and current Physical Therapy License to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits
