Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments for each patient to develop tailored treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and timelines.

• Provide one-on-one patient sessions, utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques and integrating exercise programs.

• Maintain consistent communication with patients, including follow-ups and new patient onboarding, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.

• Document patient progress meticulously, preparing detailed clinical summaries that reflect treatment goals and outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, sharing vital patient information to optimize treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of active adults aged 35 and above, including elite and professional athletes, who are eager to enhance their physical performance and recover from injuries. We cater to a fun and dynamic patient base that values their health and is committed to following through on treatment plans. Additionally, we see a select group of younger patients battling orthopedic conditions, further enhancing our diverse practice.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a physical therapist.

• Minimum of five years of experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy.

• A strong background in manual therapy techniques, demonstrating hands-on service proficiency.

• A commitment to continual professional development and education in the physical therapy field.

Preferred Experience

• Certifications in Pilates, NAIOMT, or IASTM are favored, enhancing the breadth of therapeutic services offered.

• Experience in vestibular rehabilitation or working with post-concussion syndrome patients is a plus.

• Willingness to teach small fitness classes to groups of 3-6 participants to promote community engagement and health education.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
