Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine patients' physical conditions and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Effectively manage a patient caseload with a focus on providing one-on-one treatment sessions (1 patient per hour), ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement tailored intervention strategies that enhance patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Actively engage patients in their rehabilitation process, motivating them to achieve their health objectives while reducing dependency on medications or surgical interventions.
• Design and facilitate individualized fitness and wellness programs that promote strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress meticulously to maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to maximize the effectiveness of patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, adapting care plans based on patient feedback and progress to ensure optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record without a history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol design.
• Strong skills in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting, demonstrating substantial knowledge of relevant therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to develop innovative, patient-centered treatment strategies that yield measurable improvements in functional outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
