We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, located in Pomona, California. With a focus on patient-centered treatment, our clinic is equipped with modern amenities, covering 5,000 square feet dedicated to sports medicine. Our experienced team comprises two physical therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who collaborate to deliver exceptional care, primarily to clients with private medical insurance.

Work Environment

This role is an onsite position situated within a vibrant outpatient office in Pomona, an area known for its rich cultural and recreational offerings. The clinic operates with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet dynamic working environment. Our emphasis on teamwork fosters collaboration among healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the specific health objectives and requirements of patients in a supportive, therapeutic setting.
• Manage a productive patient flow by efficiently aligning appointments to see one patient per hour, ensuring focused and personalized care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic physical therapy to deliver evidence-based treatments, reducing patients' reliance on medications and invasive surgical options.
• Develop individualized care plans incorporating various treatment techniques that cater to the rehabilitation needs of each patient.
• Motivate and empower patients throughout their therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment that enhances their physical capabilities.
• Implement fitness and wellness programs designed to meet unique patient requirements, promoting overall health and function.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while documenting all aspects of care provided.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care and optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals with orthopedic conditions, often stemming from sports injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid license as a Physical Therapist in Pomona, California.
• A strong track record with no board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of therapeutic exercise regimens.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Evidence of professional development, including recent continuing education courses related to orthopedic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
