Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our modern rehabilitation center located in Ontario, California, well-regarded for its supportive ambiance and collaborative team culture. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing an ideal work-life balance to help you deliver compassionate, high-quality care without the demanding hours often associated with healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess patients' conditions, medical histories, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Create dynamic and individualized plans of care, utilizing assessment findings to cater to the unique needs of each patient.
• Guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of the proposed plans of care.
• Implement various treatment techniques, including education on self-care, progressive exercise prescriptions, and manual therapy methodologies.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, maintaining adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Accurately document all patient interactions, progress notes, and treatments performed to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Senior Physical Therapist at our facility, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your expertise will help guide individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds, each at varying stages of recovery. Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A pristine professional record with no instances of board actions or disciplinary measures.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
