Work Environment

This onsite position is based at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Pomona, California. The center has fully equipped treatment rooms, therapeutic exercise spaces, and therapy modalities designed for effective physical rehabilitation. You will join a passionate team of healthcare professionals who value collaboration and continuous improvement. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and personal goals.
• Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans based on their assessment findings and therapeutic needs.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey, fostering understanding and commitment to their rehabilitation plans.
• Utilize a combination of education, therapeutic exercise prescriptions, and manual therapy techniques to treat patients effectively.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting care plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain thorough records of services rendered in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our client base includes individuals of all ages, each with unique physical challenges and rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the State of California as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions against your license.

• 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
