Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess residents' physical capabilities and define individualized treatment goals.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans focused on enhancing strength, mobility, and overall functional independence.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, to effectively address physical impairments.
• Carefully monitor and document residents' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Provide education to residents and their families about home exercise programs, self-care strategies, and methods to maintain and improve physical health.
• Stay well-informed about and adhere to all regulatory standards and professional guidelines in the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on providing rehabilitation services to geriatric residents who may have experienced falls, strokes, surgeries, or other conditions requiring physical therapy. Qualifications

• A current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate.

Compensation and Benefits
