Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and define personalized rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement specialized treatment plans tailored to enhance individual strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual techniques, aimed at alleviating physical impairments.
• Closely monitor patient progress, documenting each step and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses to ensure seamless orchestration of patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families on treatment options, home exercise regimens, and strategies for maintaining physical health outside of clinical settings.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, as well as adhere to the highest professional standards in rehabilitation care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient office, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation cases to individuals suffering from chronic conditions. You will actively contribute to the recovery of geriatric patients, athletes, and those gaining back mobility following major health events, ensuring your treatment is always patient-focused and adapted to their unique challenges.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits
