Intake Coordinator — Trauma-Informed Youth Mental Health

State of Missouri

Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital in St. Louis, MO seeks a full-time Intake Coordinator for our Intake Department. The social worker screens callers to assess and determine admission appropriateness for Hawthorn’s Inpatient and Residential Program, using the Sanctuary Model to guide trauma-informed care. Responsibilities include receiving and triaging calls, gathering records for admission decisions, providing mental health resources, screening walk-ins for ER transfer eligibility, and #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Missouri
