Peoria, Illinois, Body Imaging Radiologist Job

Seeking a board certified or board eligible diagnostic radiologist with fellowship training in body imaging
\n
Start date: ASAP
\n
Practice general radiology with opportunities to utilize your subspecialty expertise
\n
Combination of onsite diagnostic imaging and remote weekend reading
\n
Onsite schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
\n
Remote coverage: One weekend per month
\n
Receive one day off during the week following the weekend worked
\n
Perform approximately 3–4 fluoroscopic GI procedures daily
\n
Experience performing fluoroscopic GI studies required
\n
No mammography or interventional radiology required
\n
Required modalities include:
\n
- \n
  X-ray
- \n
  Fluoroscopy
- \n
  CT
- \n
  MRI
- \n
  Ultrasound
\n
PET interpretation is optional
\n
Special consideration for candidates with rectal and prostate MRI interpretation experience
\n
Expected workload of approximately 65–75 wRVUs daily , depending on case mix and fluoroscopic procedure volume
\n
Maintain an approximately one-day turnaround time for outpatient studies
\n
MD or DO from an accredited institution required
\n
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
\n
