Job Title

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee service, parts, and scheduling departments to maximize revenue and profitability.
Develop and coach service managers, advisors, and technicians.
Manage P&L, control costs, and optimize parts inventory.
Drive customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores and service lane
You will be overseeing two Franchise Toyota and Subaru

Salary and Compensation

Typical salary range: $108,000 to $300,000 per year (varies by base draw, performance bonuses, and commission).
Benefits often include medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k)
Company paid life insurance

Qualifications and Requirements

5 to 7+ years of progressive automotive fixed-operations experience.
3+ years in a leadership role (such as Service Manager or Director).
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS/ERP) and CRM tools.
Strong operational knowledge of shop processes, flat-rate labor, Ro management, warranty/OEM repair procedures.
