Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to establish individual treatment plans based on clinical evidence and patient needs.
• Implement tailored therapy programs for a range of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Deliver high-quality patient care through hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercises, and education, aiming for optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in open communication with patients and their families, providing them with the necessary information and support to ensure the highest level of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discussions to maximize patient care and therapeutic results.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain a focus on customer service excellence while managing multiple patients per day in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
