Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including a thorough review of medical histories and physical assessments to establish effective treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment protocols clearly to patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process to enhance engagement and compliance.
• Implement treatment protocols based on individualized assessments, continuously adapting methods to align with the patient's lifestyle and evolving healthcare dynamics.
• Consult with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Document any changes in patients' conditions and update care plans as necessary.
• Lead all discharge planning processes, ensuring a smooth transition out of therapy and continued patient support, including follow-up assessments and referrals.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient care activities, ensuring timely and precise documentation, which includes comprehensive evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries, and discharge information.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an organized schedule to attend to meetings and training sessions.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services and contribution to community health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Critical Rehabilitation Physical Therapy, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population who may be recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or experiencing mobility challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
