You will ensure accuracy in processing invoices, verifying compliance with financial policies, reconciling transactions, and maintaining vendor and customer records. Additionally, you will support the month-end and year-end closing processes, assist with royalty statements, and contribute to preparing financial reports and audits. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in accounting systems like NetSuite./ph3Responsibilities/h3pAccounts Payable/pulliProcess and review invoices for accuracy and approval./liliVerify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures./liliSchedule and prepare checks, electronic payments, or other forms of payment./liliReconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies./liliMaintain vendor records, including contact information and payment terms./liliAssist in month-end and year-end closing processes./liliRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues related to payments./li/ulpAccounts Receivable/pulliGenerate and send invoices to customers and clients./liliMonitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances./liliProcess payments received, including checks, credit card transactions, and electronic transfers./liliReconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies./liliMaintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities./li/ulpGeneral Accounting Duties/pulliRecord Transactions: Accurately record daily transactions in the general ledger and other financial systems./liliReconcile Accounts: Accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness./liliMaintain Records: Keep detailed and organized records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and statements./liliPrepare Reports: Assist in preparing financial reports./liliAssist with Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required./liliPartner Maintenance: Set up vendors and customers in our software./liliAssist with royalty statements: Support team by accurately inputting data into royalty statements./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMust be very detail oriented, with good follow through skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment/liliMust be dependable and able to work in a fast pace working environment under pressure/liliGood oral and written communication skills/liliTwo years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates degree in accounting or higher preferred./liliAbility to take direction and work with little supervision when required/liliIntermediate Microsoft Office skills/liliNetsuite experience preferred./liliAbility to pass a background check./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/ppThe successful candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Hours are 9am-530pm, Monday - Friday, with occasional work outside of business hours including weekends.
