Of Counsel/Partner - Labor & Employment (El Cajon)
Full-time
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
- Represent public and private sector employers in complex employment litigation.
- Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and class/collective action matters.
- Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and conduct legal research.
- Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, participate in trial/arbitration preparation.
- Prepare agency responses and position statements; conduct witness interviews.
- Advise employers on federal and state employment law compliance.
- Counsel clients on disability accommodations, leave laws, and workplace compliance matters.
Qualifications
- Labor relations experience (negotiations, grievances, administrative proceedings).
- 7+ years of employment litigation experience and strong California employment law knowledge.
- Must possess exceptional writing, research, analytical, and client service skills.
