If you’re looking for a place where your contribution matters and where you can help build a better world of work; think of Gallagher.How you'll make an impactManaging the day-to-day service for large and complex client accountsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients at all levels, including senior buyersWorking with internal teams and specialists to meet client risk and capital management needsProtecting and growing existing business through excellent service and proactive account managementIdentifying opportunities to offer additional services and coverage levelsWorking to retention targets across your portfolio of accountsPreparing and negotiating fee-based pricing in a way that supports both client value and account profitabilityMaking sure the scope of service matches the cost and commercial goals of the client agreementAbout YouRequired: Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM. Minimum 1 year experience with A.J. Gallagher is preferred. Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
